Moved to Wolf River WI after her husbands death - lived with daughter Emma. headstone reads 1926, Oregon death cert. was 1922 - issued as Kapline maiden name as Tiede from son Carl's death cert. Pozan was in West Prussia (between Brandengerg and Poland). After WWII it over two thirds were returned to Poland. It had been separated from Poland in 1793. The eastern area remianed with Germany. |
