Maria Eva Feldi, b. Feb 23, 1800 bp. May 04, 1800 d/ Henrich Feldi & wf. Maria Elizabeth, sp. Maria Catharine Eve Zimmerman, our affectionate Mother departed this life Feb. 10, 1844. Her parentage was a Miss Fetty (or Felty) b Schuylkill Co. Pa. D. Nipponose Valley aged 43y. 11m. 10 d. Catherine REED and Maria Elizabeth REED are 3rd cousins. Their common ancestors are Hans Georg RIEDT and Anna Catharina BERN. Maria Eliz. Reed is the mother-in-law to Michael Zimmerman (husband of Catherine Reed) who moved to Steph. Cty IL and lived down the road from Eva Feldi's husband Isaac.) Michael is the son of Isaac W's brother Matthias. --- Formerly from the area. Eve Zimmerman is buried at the Limestone Township Cemetery, Lycoming County (along Route 880 - close to the rock quarry) Tombstone indicates the following b 2/23/1800 d/2/10/1844 - wife of Isaac. Could not find a stome for Isaac. Have additional notes on graves in that area. |
