Birth vol. 63 p. 251 Green County, Wisconsin. Cremated - ashes returned to Iowa The Pueblo Chieftain Marion J. Bellman Sunday, April 01, 2001 Marion J. Bellman, 81, passed away March 29, 2001, in Pueblo, Colo. Born May 26, 1919, in Juda, Wis., to Albert and Lola Coplien who preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Paul Bellman; sisters, Doris Arthur and Wilma Wenger; and brothers, Dwight and Ralph Coplien. Survived by her children, Dan Bellman of Fort Madison, Iowa, Richard (Jill) Bellman of Davenport, Iowa, Bill (Irene) Bellman of Round Rock, Texas, Mindy (Dennis) Driscoll, Colo.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Marion taught in the Country School System in Wisconsin. She was Most Excellent Chief and Past Chief of Pythian Sisters, Cub Scout Den Mother for many years, Bluebird Leader and a solicitor for 25 years for Heart Fund, American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Kidney Research and other similar research programs. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Davenport. Visitation, Saturday, April 7, 2001, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by memorial service at 1 p.m., both services will be held at Runge Mortuary in Davenport, Iowa. Inurnment to follow in Memorial Park, Davenport, Iowa. |
