Wilma Thickpenny and Keith Williams Announce Wedding
Announcement was made here this week of the marriage of Miss Wilma Thickpenny, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Thickpenny of Brooklyn, to Keith Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Williams, Evansville, on August 28, at Rockford, Illinois. The Rev. Gordon of the Congregational church in that city officiated.
The bride attended school near Brooklyn, and Mr. Williams was graduated from Evansville high school, later attending the University of Wisconsin. At present he is employed at the Hart Sales company, Evansville. The couple will make their home in Evansville.

Wilma Thickpenny E. Williams, 91, of Evansville, WI, died peacefully Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, in her sleep at home. She was born on Feb. 2, 1918, the daughter of William and Mary (Beech) Thickpenny. Her husband, Keith Williams, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her children: Patricia (Walter) Gartzke, Steve (Haroline) Williams, and Sandra (Jim) Crowley; and six grandchildren.
There will be no services, per Wilma's request. Her beautiful flowers and gardens will be missed by many in Evansville. The family wishes to thank Home Health and HospiceCare Inc. for the loving care the last three months of Wilma's life. WARD FUNERAL HOME, Evansville, is assisting the family
