A. Weller's records of the Zion Red Church, the first church ' 'Over the Blue Mountains' ' in what is now West Brunswick Township. The records here presented are reinterpreted and supplemented by comparison to civil records, film of the records of Rev Daniel Schumacher held at the Easton Public Library, a translation by Arthur G Schuman, in posession of the Historical Society of Schuylkill County, and one attributed to Carolyn Berryman and Raymond Hollenbach in possession of the Genealogical Society of Berks County. Some Baptisms were not at the Church. Schumacher's original ' 'Tag Book' ' is in the posession of the Lutheran Archives at Philadelphia. DEATH: ZIMMERMAN Michael Submitted by Jan Hoth. No. 1 of 1802. Will dated 24 Aug 1795, probated 25 Feb 1802. Residence Quemahoning Twp. Mentions wife, Magdalena, eldest son Michael Zimmerman, daughter Elizabeth married to Michael Kimmel, daughter Magdalena, other brothers and sisters. Wife Magdalena and eldest son Michael, executors. Witnesses: Jacob Gibler and Gabriel Roth and Adam Keefer.
