Freeport Journal Standard, Wednesday 18 June, 1946 Page 16, Col.3 Dwight S. Bobb Attorney Dwight S. Bobb, 69, a native of Stepheson county, died at his home in Downers Grove yesterday after a heart attack. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at Rose Hill Chapel, Chicago, with interment in Rose Hill cemetery. He was born at Dakota, Ill., July 19, 1876, the son of the late Dr. and Mrs. D. B. Bobb. He received his early education at Dakota and later attended Northwestern university. He then entered Harvard law school, graduating from that institution. He had practiced law in Chicago for the past twenty-five years. He was married in 1927 to Sonia Ehrler, who survives. He also leaves one brother, Eugene Bobb, Dakota. |
