http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=djcmiller There was another Henry Miller (Moler) that moved to Northumberland in 1812. I was able to rule him our as our Catherine Miller was born in 1811. They arrived from Ephrata, Lancaster County PA. It was discoved from a will that he was the father of Christian. Barnet Miller(Mueller) who went to Northumberland direct from Germany was ruled out as his family was in another area quite some distance from what became Montour and Columbia Coutnies, areas where our Zimmerman, Kellers and Millers lived. From this will we know the names of Heny's sons that were living at the time of his death Northumberland Co PA will book 1 p112 (now Centre County, Pa.) Henry Miller's Will Translated (from German) - totals to 1,040 acres of land In the name of God, the Father the Son and the holy ghost, Amen. I Henry Miller living in Haines Township, Northumberland County in the State of Pennsylvania, am now through God's blessing and under God's direction, and a ______ old and weakly as also sometimes very sickly in body, forwhich I thank God my Heavenly Father so long I ______. Also I order and request in this my last will and testament, my soul to God in Heaven who gave it and also I order and request that after my death my body be buried in a Christian like manner in the earth which is our natural mother. I also order and request and appoint my two sons, John Miller and Joseph Miller, as executors over my personal and real estate, that the same may be divided and distributed according to this my last will and testament to be done after my decease in the following manner, to wit. First: I give and bequeath to my oldest son Jacob Miller five pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania on condition that the same has a demand or account to bring against the same after my death as he has received more of me than my other children. Now I also give and bequeath my son Henry Miller fifteen pounds which sum he has already received and further I give and bequeath my son Henry Miller one hundred and fifty pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania which sum I shall be due in three payments when the land is paid to Reuben Haines and when the land is fully patented, which is fifty pounds a year until paid, I also give and bequeath the other of my sons Jacob Miller and John Miller and Daniel Miller and Martin Miller and Joseph Miller and David Miller and Abraham Miller each of them to have one hundred and thirty acres of land more of less which land my said sons are to have (except Henry Miller, Junior who has not settled on his land. I have given him his share in money out of the tract of land I have bought of Reuben Haines, where they now live, and each to own the said tracts they now dwell on , now such lands I give and bequeath to my said sons(excepting Henry Miller) and to their heirs, Exceutors, administrators and Assigns forever. I also give and bequeath further to my son Joseph Miller, my household goods, that I bought to him since the death of Mother, and two sheep and he shall keep me all the days of my life as long as it it God's pleasure to let me live. Further I bequeath my son Joseph Miller ten pounds lawful money of Pennsylvania, for the purpose of paying the expense of my burial and coffin, but he is not to receive the same until the land and Henry Miller is first paid, now this is my last will and testament which I have underneath subscribed by(Godbe thanked) healthy days and sound mind and memory and last Will, wrote and left to my health 15 October A.
