Which Wm. F was which was determined by the will of Augusta Matzke. Death - There is an obit in NE that states William died there but there is a death record in Green County WI that states he died there. Both William and his wife are buried at Mt Vernon in Green, Wisconsin. Assumed obit was in error 1880 - Spring Grove, Green, Wisconsin William Frederick Matzke(18) was born on 5 Jun 1833 in Doelitz Kreis Pyritz Pommerania. LDS MF 1273129 Kirchenbucher Staat 1 Archiv.
