10(6) says ' 'It is recorded in Deed Book B, page 61; Michael Zerbe of Tulbenacken township, Berks County, Pa, received a deed for 125 acres ofland in West Buffalo township, from John Smith of West Buffalo township,Union County, Pa.... The deed was dated April 21, 1812; recorded Sept.14, 1815.'
