Served at South Amboy, New Jersey.... The estate of Michael Zerbe late of West Buffalo Township, Union County, is recorded in the Union County, Pa WillBook A 334, dated May 19, 1828, and listed as an Administration.' ' 10(6) says ' 'It is recorded in Deed Book B, page 61; Michael Zerbe of Tulbenacken township, Berks County, Pa, received a deed for 125 acres ofland in West Buffalo township, from John Smith of West Buffalo township,Union County, Pa.... The deed was dated April 21, 1812; recorded Sept.14, 1815.' ' According to 10(6), ' 'John Zerbe filed a petition for thesettlement of his father's estate; stating that his father, Michael Zerbe, late of West Buffalo township, had died intestate,in April 1828, leaving a wife, Anna Maria, and children; naming....'
