MRS. VICTOR GEIST, OF SPRANKLES MILLS, IS DEAD
Deceased Was a Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mottorn, of Sprankle Mills.
Mrs. Victor Geist, of Sprankle Mills, died at the home of her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Dinger, of this city, Wednesday after a short illness, at the age of 36 years.
The deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mottorn of Sprankle Mills, where she was born and reared to womanhood. She was united in marriage to Victor Geist about 15 years ago and the young couple had resided in Sprankle Mills until the present time. There were no children born to the union. She was a faithful member of the St. James Reformed church and held in the highest esteem in this part of Jefferson county. Her death is deeply mourned.
She is survived by three brothers, Ray, Harry and Ward, and one sister, Oral. all of Sprankle Mills.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon beginning at 2 o'clock in the St. James Church with interment in the cemetery adjoining.
