William Haas, proprietor of our light plant, wants it distinctly understood that the arc lights are not put up on the streets for people to play with. Some of the lamps have been badly damaged by parties fooling with them and Mr. Haas is growing impatient about the matter. ' 'Don't fool with the lights. If they get out of repair the proprietor will adjust matters and it will be alright, besides every time you fool with one of these lights you are in danger of being killed or seriously injured.
