' 'Haas Cousins' ' pages 21 and 63 show her birth as 25 November, 1831. Meiser (1982) shows her birth as 9 October 1831. Migrated to Indiana with her parents in 1854. Caroline may have raised her cousin Dora Gross who later married a Mr. Francis. Dora was the granddaughter of Jacob Haas, a brother of Daniel Haas. Buried in Newtown Cemetery, Newtown, IN. |
