Julia and Nicholas moved to Newtown, IN from PA with her father, Daniel Haas and were married after their arrival, in 1854. Soon after they built the home resided in by their descendents until 1978 when it was sold upon death of their granddaughter, Ruth Aydelotte. Home was in the family for 126 years. Buried at Newtown Cemetery, IN. |
